COGNASYS MANAGEMENT UTILITIES

Cognasys ES has management utilities that help simplify troubleshooting and allow you to fully manage the performance of your Cognasys solution.

ProView is a quality assurance (QA) utility that provides the functionality to validate that transactions processed by Cognasys meet the acceptable levels of quality. A QA analyst uses ProView to review the data extracted to see how it was classified, and determine actions taken on the data.

ProView has several alternatives for structuring QA reviews for your transactions:

• Who will be audited:
  • Individual Verify Operator
  • Individual transaction portfolio
• What will be audited:
  • A percentage of transactions processed
  • A specific date or a range of dates for transactions processed
  • A specific number of transactions processed

ProView displays the transaction received by Cognasys along with the data fields that were extracted by Cognasys. A color-coding scheme is used to indicate how each of the data fields were processed;

Batch Manager is a dashboard application that monitors the status of the information and production jobs being processed by Cognasys. The dashboard information is displayed in easy-to-understand format so your managers can isolate and analyze any production bottlenecks.

Batch Manager is also a reporting utility that provides a comprehensive view of all work processed by Cognasys. Batch Manager provides a variety of detailed-level reports that capture statistics on the performance of your processing activities.

Batch Manager includes reports which detail the interaction between Cognasys and the Verify Operator. These reports assist you with managing performance by drilling down deeper into details such as; how many key strokes per hour, how many documents were completed, how long it takes to process one batch versus another, what data fields were presented to a Verifier Operator, what type of action was taken, etc.

ProSort is a utility that handles faxes and multiple documents batched in a single transmission to Cognasys. The tiff images are displayed online so an operator can merge, separate, delete, rotate or sort the document’s pages into the order needed. ProSort eliminates the need to handle paper making the scanning and sorting tasks much more efficient.

ProMap is a utility that allows you to view a Cognasys load file for the purpose of assisting you with resolving problems on your host system. Load files contain individual records for all transactions processed by Cognasys and your business system(s).
